My skin loves this body lotion. I’ll buy it on repeat and I’ll be adding the body wash to the order next time.

Shipping 2 weeks but card charged immediately

I was very disappointed in the shipping. You immediately charged my card even though it was a few days before it even left the facility. It was then given to USPS who had it for 2-3 days at each of several facilities. It was a miracle it wasn't delivered in sub-freezing temps which would have rendered it worthless. I kept emailing and asking where it was and never received any responses. Complete lack of communication, customer service, concern for product integrity, etc., but charges are immediate. They had their money immediately and weeks before seeing any product. The manufacturer is far closer to me than the fulfillment facility, why wasn't it shipped from there? Is the product still manufactured by the original manufacturer? Am I getting what I ordered, what I have received in the past? Many questions, many mistakes, cannot recommend.
